We are excited to be reopening our doors for you our members. As of May 19th, the Province has announced the easing of restrictions, so we are preparing for you, making sure that we follow the protocols set out by Public Health and Work Safe BC.
The health and safety of you and our staff are top priority. We have therefore increased our cleaning regime to ensure a safe environment in the credit union and we have put other measures in place:
- We will clean the high touch areas and surfaces including the ATM vestibule more frequently. We will clean in between each member.
- We have placed hand sanitizing stations at the front door and at the wickets.
Know the social distancing guidelines:
- We will allow one member at a time in the credit union to maintain the six feet protocol.
- We have installed Plexiglas shields at the wickets and in the sit-down service area.
- We will ensure the six feet guideline is maintained between staff to ensure that they are safe.
- Where possible some staff will work from home however will be available to serve you when needed.
Choose to be a promoter of good health and let’s stop the spread. When you come to see us in the credit union.
- Do not come in even if you just have the sniffles. We will ask you when you arrive some questions and may ask you to come back when you are well.
- Try to use digital services, both ATM and online as much as possible.
- Call ahead and we can prepare some things in advance.
- Avoid touching as many surfaces as you can.
- If possible, wear a mask.
- Staff will also not come in when they are even just a little sick.
We are all in this together and when we are able, we will welcome you all in a social setting so the more we can help the sooner that will be.
And we look forward to that day.
