COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Update
Our Management and Board of Directors would like to provide members with information about how we are responding to the COVID-19 developments. We are following advice from our provincial and federal health agencies, and want to assure you that we have plans in place to provide ongoing service to our members.
Our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our members and employees. If you are not feeling well, we ask you to contact us by phone instead of coming into the branch if you require our services.
Our goal is to keep Mount Lehman Credit Union open to serve our members. This includes providing services through online banking, our mobile app, the ATM and night deposits. You can always contact us by phone during regular business hours.
At the branch we are undertaking precautionary measures to support the safety and well-being of members and staff alike. These include:
  • Frequent cleaning and sanitization in the branch.
  • Frequent sanitization of our ATM, including disinfection of high-touch surfaces such as countertops, door handles, handrails and keypads.
  • Frequent hand washing by employees throughout the day.
  • Requiring employees to stay home if they are sick or have any symptoms.
  • We encourage our members to take advantage of our digital, online and telephone services.
Our commitment is to keep you informed as we update our protocols, on the advice of public health agencies. We appreciate your support as we navigate this situation in the weeks ahead.
If you have any questions, we're always here for you. Please call us at 604-856-7761 for help with your banking questions.

Who We Are

Mount Lehman Credit Union is a financial institution situated in the middle of the Fraser Valley. With a history of 78 years in business, this financial cooperative has a member-oriented method of providing service which exceeds that of the big banks and big credit unions. And we offer all of the same services at very competitive rates.

We measure our success in terms of personal relationships, not market share, asset size, or annual earnings. Our commitment is to our members and our communities.
